Finally.

Things I've been doing, things forgotten, things found again.

This gift was an epic fail.

Of course we must talk about the weather. It was really cold for awhile here the frost made amazing patterns on our windows. They were beautiful at night, although they photographed terribly. For more information on crazy weather and global warming, read Eaarth by Bill McKibben it's very important.

This is my very first beeswax candle...handmade! I learned a good lesson about silicone and that pour on is the way to go. If God exists it's breath probably smells like beeswax...JUST HEAVENLY! But seriously it smells so good. Bees are the most incredible creatures. All of their by products are sweet! Too bad humans aren't so awesome.

And this little birdman I had forgotten deep in a drawer and then one day I was inspired. I dug him out, finished sculpting and painting him and finally I completed his home. He, my fish, and I now live together as one big happy family. The cage posted above is not the completed version, but I will post one soon.
