These were originally sketches I did for a website about
Zombie Jesus Day, which right now is still operational (www.zombiejesusday.org). These images didn't get used, but I liked them a lot so I thought I would finish them up. I guess he's a bit creepy, but endearing. If you think about it...the zombie thing makes total sense.
I made this little birds nest hair clip for something to do. It's a deep acorn hat with feathers and sea-glass and a little hemp for the inside of the nest. It was really easy to do and pretty cute!
I have officially graduated, so exciting and terrifying.
This is so old!!! One of my favourite mixed media pieces from my very first illustration sketchbook. You have to guess what's in his hands a butt or some boobs...the million dollar question. (NOTE: I modified a mint ad, so I can't take credit for the actual photograph, which is awesome).
This image was for a book I made while in school called 'Sparrow' about lost love...It's a really good high-school sketchbook piece. I just, like, really like...drawing eyes.
I really thought this turned out funny. It was originally about lust and the characters were youngsters, but then I thought that everyone at every age feels lusty, right?
